Keeping hotspot optimizations after the process closes

Bug Description

Currently if a process is running a long time and various hotspot optimizations are done they will be lost if the process closes. The optimizations could be saved somewhere on the hard disk drive and loaded again if the related process starts again. This way OpenJDK applications could profit from much more peak performance and avoid countless times doing the same optimizations which will result in a lower performance at every beginning of a process.
