OpenJDK cause Open Office and LibreOffice to crash when using Orca Screen Reader

Bug Description

Orca reader works but randomly crashes writer when reading a whole document. It seems to always crashes when handling an image object. Please see attached log file.

I have tried to reproduce this bug using Sun Java and the same thing happens, so the problem may not be with OpenJDK. I have filed a bug (Bug #752378 ) under gnome-orca describing the problem along with the log showing Sun Java failing:
