JNLP files can not be launched out of Firefox

To reproduce:
Go to http://download.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/misc/printtext.html
Click on the Launch button for a web start demo application
Click OK when presented with the Open With dialog (There I see IcedTea Java Web Start (default) option selected)

Error box appears reading:
"
/tmp/TextAreaPrintingDemo.jnlp could not be opened, because an unknown error occurred.

Try saving to disk first and then opening the file.
"

In the same time, running
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/jre/bin/javaws http://download.oracle.com/javase/tutorialJWS/uiswing/misc/ex6/TextAreaPrintingDemo.jnlp

in console launches the application.

I don't know if it helps, but in OpenJDK 1.6.0_22 everything works just fine, but maybe you use icedtea6-plugin and I use icedtea-plugin.
