SISEGV in 16.0-b13 linux-amd64

I have AVR32 Studio 2.6 launched (an Eclipse 2.5 based IDE for 32-bit AVR microcontrollers) on Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64. When I hit enter in terminal window connected (according to setup) to the serial port, that bug appeared on console:
