Bug Description
I'm using JOSM for editing OSM maps. Unfortunately, JOSM is absolutely unusable on my laptop. I'm getting "unexpected exceptions" every little in a while, so I have to restart JSOM often. Sometimes I get an unexpected exception right after starting JOSM. Sometimes JOSM works ok, but only for a limited time. It seems that the problem appears only if I use "None" window effects in gnome-appearanc
