netbeans 7.0.1 crashes when not run with sudo

Bug Description

Netbeans shows only the splash screen and does not start then. I'm using Ubuntu 13.04.

 Distribution: Ubuntu 13.04, package 6b27-1.12.6-1ubuntu0.13.04.2

Same here on ubuntu 13.10, works with gksudo but not with normal start.
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.3.12) (7u25-2.3.12-4ubuntu3)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.7-b01, mixed mode)

Sorry for posting again but appearantly it is OpenJDK's fault, while starting Netbeans 7.4 install it did not detected that I have java installed, I had to install oracle-java7 to install Netbeans 7.4 and now it works.
