I'm connecting a LINUX machine (development server) from a MAC (LION) with SSH over OpenVPN (Tunnelblick)
on the X11-Terminal to work with ECLIPSE.
Sometimes I can't start ECLIPSE and the error message (above) appears and generates a error log like below.
After closing and opening the connection it works again.

I can confirm this bug. It does also happen by running eclipse locally and not using ssh.

The crashes seem very random. Once it lasts only a few seconds and the next time even 15 minutes or so of normal usage.

update: Not so random anymore. It always happens when eclipse tries to show the documentation of java functions or classes.

Can be reproduced by holding the mouse over a function name to wait for the popup showing the docu. If it does not show press F2 which should display it.
