Bug Description

The default version used on ubuntu 22.04 it the following: :$ sudo apt list --all-versions openfortivpn Listing... Done openfortivpn/jammy,now 1.17.1-1build1 amd64. This version does not have the --use-resolvconf option and --set-dns is not working on ubuntu22.04 with systemd-resolve used as the default dns manager. released version 1.19.0 fixes those issues.
