Bank Statement Reconciliation Error

Bank Statement Reconciliation fails when an account that has the "Reconcile flag" unchecked is included on the statement.

Of course as one account is unchecked, the reconciliation should not be possible and according to that the system gives a message informing of it, but the problem is that the conciliation starts and some accounts (those that are marked as Reconciliable) are reconcilied and some not... From this point the information is unstable and the only way to go back to stable situation is deleting from postgres the generated movements (move move_line and reconcile records).
