Bug Description

Binary package hint: openerp-server

After creating an openerp database with minimal profile and without sample data I install the account package.

Just after this installation I make a backup and restore the database apparently without problems... but I can't not enter on the restored database (the error says that there is no action associated to the user).

Doing a backup and restore using pgadmin3 I can see that restore shows an error related to the data import inside the ir_act_window (name field has null value)

If I look on the table ir_act_window on the database that I backedup there's on record (id 229) that has a null value on the field name.

I can bypass the problem putting wathever on the field name (using pgpadmin3)... After that the backup and restore runs correctly
