Bug Description

Stable update justification:

Impact: Package is uninstallable.
Development fix: See comment 2.
Stable fix: The same fix: replace Unicode dashes with ASCII "-".
TEST CASE: Install opendnssec-enforcer-mysql in Oneiric. It should actually be possible to install it.
Regression potential: It can hardly get worse than being uninstallable.

Accepted opendnssec into oneiric-proposed. The package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!
