Bug Description
sudo apt install libopencv4.5d-java
java projects that attempt to use: /usr/share/
will fail.
I believe the package at fault is: libopencv4.5d-jni
WORK-AROUND:
rename/copy
/usr/lib/
to:
/usr/lib/
BOTTOM LINE:
the 'd' in this file name libopencv_
