Bug Description
After installing libopencv-dev in Ubuntu 12.04, the folder /usr/include/opencv is not present, thus compiling programs that use headers from this folder fails.
The folder is included in opencv.pc, so as a workaround, downloading the original source from http://

there it's noted that opencv.pc does not include /usr/include/ opencv2 (which is installed and contains the "new" headers).
