OpenConnect disconnects during peak workload

Bug Description

While connected to a VPN and, while sending/receiving, slightly larger amount of data, OpenConnect disconnects from the VPN service. The service appears to fail and complain that SSL wrote too few bytes. I attached a snippet of my syslog file.

This was fixed in the 4.07 release last August.
