openbox-xdgmenu doesnt check for "&" chars

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openbox-xdgmenu

If the original menu has "&" in the name, the output will still have it, but openbox doesn't accept menus named, for example, "something & something else".

Don't know where to get to the upstream project of this package. But here is an improved version

Hi,
openbox-menu is not the same program as above. I just packaged openbox-menu btw, and sent it to mentors-debian repository.
