  [ Jelmer Vernooij ]
  * Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends.
  * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit.
  * Remove obsolete field Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already present
    in machine-readable debian/copyright).
  * Update standards version to 4.5.0, no changes needed.

  * Pass -DLIB_SUFFIX=/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH) to cmake to properly set the
    destination library directory; this avoids the need to move the files
    around, and it will help in the future
    - drop the sed in the install files
    - directly install the files from their multiarch location
    - take the multiarch location into account when moving the files of the
      perl bindings, and the location in the build directory with the
      libraries and the modules

  [ Andrius Merkys ]
  * Adding a patch to fix Python 3-related test failure.
  * Fixing paths in OpenBabel3Config.cmake (Closes: #966405).
