Bug Description

On 14 Jan 2021 08:25:36 AM UTC Unix epoch time reached 0x60000000 breaking generation of Rx connection IDs, and AFS stopped working on all systems running openafs 1.8.x, including 1.8.0~pre5-1 currently the latest available version for bionic. The bug was fixed immediately in an emergency release 1.8.7:

The package should be updated or the patch ported back.

The patches are in 1.8.6-5, currently in hirsuite-proposed.
