You upgraded to a kernel that is not supported by the version of OpenAFS in saucy. If you use OpenAFS, you can downgrade your kernel, or upgrade OpenAFS from trusty or from https://launchpad.net/~openafs/+archive/stable. If you don’t, simply uninstall the openafs-modules-dkms and openafs-client packages.
