Open VM Tools module compile failure on Natty (2.6.37)

Binary package hint: open-vm-tools

Here we go again. Currently the modules for the open-vm-tools version in the Natty repo don't compile correctly. I want to bug in now so we have time to work on it. The only module showing is the vmw_balloon

Here's the info needed:

I've done a little fixing up. I've added the Dependencies.txt and moved the dkms make log to a separate file. It has the build for the newest kernel in Natty (2.6.37-11).
