Bug Description

As raised in LP: #1975767 comment #6, when installing/removing the package there's a warning about a -q parameter:

 Removing open-vm-tools-containerinfo (2:12.1.0-1~ubuntu0.22.04.1) ...
 Unknown option: q
 active

This flag was added by this commit:

[1] https://salsa.debian.org/vmware-packaging-team/pkg-open-vm-tools/-/commit/3ece93a147fb6e52517c469e0da27d7f498d1176

deb-systemd-invoke documentation does not indicate support for a -q flag (or any other flags for that matter), in any supported ubuntu release:

https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/kinetic/man1/deb-systemd-invoke.1p.html

I'm guessing the -q was added by mistake. In any case it seems unneeded and should be dropped from the packaging.
