Bug Description

After I install open-vm-tools, I expected to have a new HGFS mount point at /mnt/hgfs, just as I do after installing standard VMware Tools. However, this was not created, and I had to manually create it and create the mount point. Could this be done automatically by the script? It seems like it should, due to the fact that VMware Tools does it in its standard version.

Is this still an issue in later versions of open-vm-tools? I don't believe having to do this last time I tried this package, can it be confirmed please?

Thanks.
