Bug Description

Jaunty contains the CELT audio codec 0.5.1-0ubuntu1 in universe.

CELT is licensed under BSD and is in universe.

Support for CELT in opal is in form of plugin, it can be part of the opal package or maybe split in a separate package and can be use at run time by Ekiga.

CELT is important as it is a low delay delay codec suitable for music, thus it will greatly improve the audio quality in Ekiga.
