onionshare should not be in multiverse

Bug Description

Hello!

As per package info[0] onionshare is in multiverse. But since this[1] Ubuntu help page says that "Multiverse - Software restricted by copyright or legal issues" and onionshare is released under GPL[2], oninshare should not be in multiverse.

It should be in Universe IMHO.
