Bug Description

Not to sure if this bug is a duplicate but using a different application caused the same fault.
Open the Ubuntu software centre from the sidebar.
Clicked on the graphics tab to browse applications to install.
Selected Gimp, Which has already been installed on my system.
The application installation main page opened for Gimp and i so selected the extra plugins. and applied the changes.
Then entered my password to make the changes.
Once all of the selected plugins had been applied.
The Same Bug Window oneconf-query crashed and oneconf-service crashed both opened.
