Bug Description
Onboard completely crashes KDE Plasma. It has happened before, I thought it was corrected, but then the crash is back when trying to select a French accented "e". It crashes the entire desktop, and you are brought to the login screen.

I am having the same problem. It is not just the letter "e" with an accent. I realized that any special character typed in automatically logs me out.
