Using Omaque version 1.0-1.1 in Kubuntu 11.10 with KDE 4.7.4 from kubuntu-ppa.

If you go edit file:
/usr/share/kde4/apps/omaque/reader.rb
and add a:
require 'kio'
statement after the other require statement
then it starts to work.
