Prints large page incorrectly

File prints incorrectly with default settings (HL3140CW) and doesn't have options to correct the problem such as scale to fit and doesn't offer a preview and won't even tell you the page size. Evince prints correctly with default settings and also has options like scale to fit, preview, and will show page size.

Only a very small strip of the page is printed. A black bar containing a portion of the words "Values in 100X lines per picture height" is all that is printed.
