okular cannont save the annotations inside a pdf file

Bug Description

It seems for the bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151614 that okular can saved the annotation made in a pdf directly inside the pdf. Unfortunatly this capacity is not available for the packages provided by kubuntu (version 4.9).

I haven't tried it, but the linked KDE bug suggests this is fixed in Quantal.

Since it's a new feature, I don't think it will get fixed in Precise. However, you can use the KDE Backports PPA.
