Bug Description

for every available printer okular's print dialog should either remember the option setting for duplex, or alternatively set the default to whatever is set as cups default (as seen in the printer properties | advanced tab). now the duplex setting is always "none" and forgetting to change it each time makes us waste large amounts of paper...

additional info: this happens for okular run in gnome-shell with remote cups server (ie local cups server not running, /etc/cups/client.conf set to point to the remote server), and all printers are network printers...

this is a really longstanding bug, forcing us to use acroread for printing although okular is faster and friendlier for browsing and viewing.
