closing this report; there is a bunch of reports about crashes in PyGC_Collect() (#274000, #277559, #332799, #341438, #346399, #361210, #407889, #416471, #281344, #352861), found via https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.searchtext=PyGC_Collect, but none newer than mid of August 2009. closing these reports, please reopen, if the crash is still reproducible with current karmic, and add information/data how to reproduce.
