Test Case:
1. Open Address Book

It worked here. The way I used it was:

- Open address book.
- Tap on "Import contacts from SIM card".
- Selected the contacts.
- Imported them.

I was able to reproduce the item to be disabled on settings page. But I can not reproduce the problem related with the first time import.

The fix is on silo 005, to test.

This bug was fixed in the package address-book-app - 0.2+16.04.20151202.5-0ubuntu1

---------------
address-book-app (0.2+16.04.20151202.5-0ubuntu1) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Check for sim card contacts on "GSettings.schemaChanged" signal.
