Forward incoming calls when I'm on another call, feature is not achieved

Reproduce steps :
step 1:Open System Settings > Phone > 'Call forwarding'

step 2: Uncheck 'Forward every incoming call'.

step 3: Click on "I'm on another call".

step 4: Enter a transferring telephone number and click on set.

step 5: Use one phone call up DUT and answer.Then use another phone call up DUT.

Actual result:
Call forwarding options (single SIM) .Forward incoming calls when I'm on another call feature is not achieved,Set the transfer number don't receive incoming call.

Expected result:
Forward incoming calls when I'm on another call ,Set the transfer number receive incoming call.

This looks like a duplicate of bug 1478049, though that report might be covering multiple bugs.

Caroline, thanks for reporting this. When you've set up this configuration, could you include the output from “/usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-modems -p” (without quotes) in this bugreport?

Thanks! It seems VoiceBusy = XXXXXXXXXXXXXX is set correctly by System Settings, so this may likely be an issue in ofono or with your carrier.

Are you able to do some more debugging, the output from the following steps [1] would be interesting. Make sure you remove all sensitive numbers (SubscriberIdentity, CardIdentifier, etc).
