Bug Description

Sometimes, I don't know what triggers it, the sim shows offline and I can't text or call.
I have to reboot to get my sim card recognized again

Please add some more detail your bug description, there's little we can do with your current description.

At minimum, please add the device you're running Ubuntu on, and the image details, which can be gathered via the command 'system-image-cli -i'.

I have the feeling it happens when there is very bad reception, but that it won't connect when there should be good connection again
