Bug Description

Currently there is no way to know the technologies supported by the modem, so system settings can show 3G as a possible setting as radio technology when the modem is just 2G.

The solve this, ofono will provide a property called ModemTechnologies in org.ofono.RadioSettings interface.

The property will hold an array of strings with the valid values for property TechnologyPreference in said interface. The possible values in the list are:

gsm
umts
lte

Value "any" for TechnologyPreference will be considered deprecated.

$OFONO_SRC/doc/radio-settings-api.txt will be updated accordingly.

FYI, the missing UI support currently leads to unexpected, inconsistent behaviour, see bug 1355053.
