Bug Description
I upgraded offlineimap through Ubuntu 12.10 and after fixing the cert problem, I let offlineimap do its thing.
It has deleted all messages in my Drafts folder, on both local and remote repositories.
It may have done other damage too; I don't know.
I believe that many folders which had been local but not on gmail (remote) were for the first time created on remote.
There are other problems as well (some new duplicate /weird folders created on gmail) that are hopefully separable from this reported bug.

I'm attaching some output from offlineimap. There's a continuous section at the beginning followed by some grepped extracts.
I hope there's no compromising info in there...
