Steps to verify this package from -proposed:
1. Install oem focal image on charizard platform
2. Remove pre-loaded "oem-stella.cmit-charizard-meta"
3. Disable OEM archive from source list
4. Enable focal-proposed.
5. sudo ubuntu-driver install
6. Confirmed the "oem-stella.cmit-charizard-meta" is installed and the version is "20.04~ubuntu1"
