Octave GUI toolbar file icons are all the same in Yaru icon theme

Bug Description
In Octave GUI editor tab, the first five toolbar icons (New, Open, Save, Save As, and Print) are all the same icon (a page with the letter A in the upper right corner). It is hard to remember which is which.
I'm using:
Description: Ubuntu 19.04
