Bug Description

Running my Octave code, which worked properly in a Redhat env, I observed an error while running it in Ubuntu 20.04 using octave (5.2.0-1) and octave-parallel (3.1.3-4build1):

error: reshape: can't reshape 2x3765 array to 1x15 array
  error: called from
parcellfun at line 453 column 22

Apparently this is caused by solution of another bug, see here:

https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?51448

The second comment in the above link provides a workable solution to me (also): "Commenting out line 452 of the parcellfun.m fixes the code for me."

I've no idea why this is not propagated in the Debian upstream repo. Would be nice if Ubuntu can fix it.
