Appears to be due to unavailability of octave3.2-headers in Maverick (armel). See bug #610045

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Maverick Meerkat reached EOL on April 10, 2012.

This package apparently builds for all architectures in all current versions of Ubuntu. Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test. If the bug is still reproducible, increase the verbosity of the steps to recreate it so we can try again.
