Bug Description

octave-image will not load on 15.10 due to link errors. I see:

I've tried on a couple of 15.10 installs, no PPAs except google chrome.

This error can be fixed by a simple no-change rebuild of octave-image, it was not rebuilt for the gcc 5 ABI transition. It is already fixed in the xenial release, only needs fixing for wily 15.10.
