OCS not inventorying software if installed-size is not filled

Bug Description

If a packages do not include Installed-Size (so size is empty), the OCS agent till 2.1rc1 did not include these given packages in the list. Here is the original bugreport: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ocsinventory-unix-agent/+bug/1032393

The fix was originally released in 2013.03.08 and will fit to version 2.0.5: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ocsinventory-dev/ocsinventory-unix-agent/stable-2.1/revision/1144/lib/Ocsinventory/Agent/Backend/OS/Generic/Packaging/Deb.pm

$ apt-cache policy ocsinventory-agent
ocsinventory-agent:
  Installed: 2:2.0.5-1
  Candidate: 2:2.0.5-1
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
Release: 14.04
