Bug Description

Sound crackles in Open Cubic Player. Version tested is 0.1.15 on Jaunty. Tested both in X11 and console and with multiple module format for the same result. I have an X-Fi Platinum using Creative drivers. Maybe drivers are the problem but I got clear sound in all other applications. This only happens in OCP so...

I compiled and tested Open Cubic Player version 0.1.17 (on Jaunty) and sound is perfect. So it's a OCP 0.1.15 bug. v0.1.17 is the one used for Karmic but should we backport v0.1.17 for Jaunty users? (it works great with 9.04 libs).

Since karmic is stable now, I guess most people go with karmic, and this bug can be closed?

Still happens in Lucid.

Tested both standard Lucid repo (0.1.17) and Gürkan's PPA (0.1.20) versions, it happens in both.

I play a module, it plays ok at first then after 2 minutes, the sound begin to crackles. Then all tracks played afterwars suffer of the same problem. Exiting and restarting ocp doesn't fix the issue.

Which driver is used? (it is visible if started from a Terminal).
The options are SDL, OSS and ALSA

(You can copy-paste the entire output from the startup of Open Cubic Player here)
