Sync oce-draw 0.8.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Bug Description

A new release is available in debian testing and unstable. 0.8.0-1 is the lastest stable version of OCE so it should be include in the next Ubuntu 12.04 because it solves many issues.

Is it possible to import the last package from Debian ?
