Bug Description

I kindly request the removal of the camlp4-extra binary package from the Ubuntu universe archive - the reason being NBS [1]. Detailed rationale follows:

The camlp4 parts of the ocaml source have been split to a separate camlp4 source package in Debian and synced to Ubuntu with the 4.02 release. The camlp4-extra package now became purely virtual, being provided by the camlp4 binary package. All reverse dependencies of camlp4-extra have been rebuilt with the new camlp4 package during the ocaml transition. The remaining camlp4-extra dependencies can stay as the package is still provided as a virtual one.
