Bug Description
We need this as already a few packages merged/synced from Debian require the new ocaml version (e.g. xstrp4 and lablgtk-extras).

fwiw the ubuntu debdiff does not apply cleanly against 4.01.0-4ubuntu1. The second debdiff does apply cleanly against 4.02.3-5.

Attaching debdiff of the merge. Was rather straight-forward to do but please bare in mind that this is my first merge ever made.
I test built the ubuntu package locally and on my PPA, looks to build fine. Exemplary log:
