  * New upstream release.
  * debian/control:
     - Remove Vcs-* tags as they don't seem to have any relation
       to the package in Debian.
     - Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
       specification.
  * Update the copyright information in debian/copyright.
  * Update the manpage (debian/obconf.pod).
  * 01_fix_freedesktop_compliance.dpatch: fix some more validation
    issues and add Catalan, German and Spanish translations.
  * Add the path to the new icon to debian/menu.
