missing a comment and description in French in the desktop file

I am using Ubuntu 20.04. The obconf.desktop file appears to have it's comments and description missing a line in French.

I have added the missing lines in my install, now I'd like to submit a patch.

Thanks for considering integrating this patch whenever possible.
