Dektop changer setup does not work Lubuntu 14.04 beta

I wanted to configure how many desktops (not sure it's the english name, may be called workspace) i have in a session but when I right-click on workspace changer and select "setup workspace changer" only a bug report window pops up.
I am running it as a virtualbox guest.
