Bug Description
There's a known issue in nvme-cli where the compiler optimizes out BAR accesses into a single 64B read rather than 2 32-bits. This causes some devices to hang and reboot the system. This bug was fixed in version v1.14. The ubuntu supported version should be >= v1.14.
