Bug Description
Up until this week this was working fine, but now when connecting to a TV for video display via nvidia-settings the primary monitor becomes corrupted and unusable.
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (all updates applied)
NVIDIA Driver Version: 295.40
nvidia-settings: 295.33-0ubuntu1
gnome: 1:3.0+6ubuntu3
